Review

Once ready, we provide you with the physical color match for your review. Your discerning eye ensures every detail aligns with your vision.

If all looks good, you can approve it and proceed to the next step. Don’t worry if the color isn’t quite there yet, we will continue to work through the color match process with you until we get it right.

Sign the Label

The backside label has key information that we use to track your stain color, wood type and submission date. Regardless the amount of revisions or options provided we can pin point your color based on the information on this label.

This is why we require a signature on the label itself, it helps us track your project and verify everyone is on the same page as your project moves forward.

Final Approval Snapshot

Take a quick picture of the signed label and submit it for the final stamp of approval.
